I have been reading a lot about Macromastia recently for an infographic thing and found that "3% of body mass" is quoted a lot, what doesn't seem very clear from the Wikipedia article is that the original study defined it as excess breast tissue not all breast tissue, it didn't, however, go into defining what constitutes a "normal" amount to ....
