Still own one XL and the X. They have become my EDC's, not both at the same time, and I am very pleased with them. With a MagGuts +2 spring kit, I get 15 rounds out of their 12-round mags with one in the pipe. this weekend I taught a concealed carry course in the New York area, two of my students had the P365 model. one may have been slightly different than the other but both pistols had trigger creep awful feel. It clocks at an honest 1100'sec, and has a similar recoil impulse/POI/velocity as my 115 reloads. Actually, the factory rounds have a smaller muzzle blast.It passed the service pistol test in the tiny SIG P365 with 3.95″ for all five shots at 25 yards, the best three in 1.80″. "And topping the accuracy mark was SIG's 124-gr. V-Crown JHP which put five shots into 1.5″ at 25 yards. A single .40 slug could have touched all of the best three in the group.Shoot them a few times. Take them apart and put them back together. Check the follower for left over swarf or debris. Check the feet of the follower for casting residue or anything else that would prevent it from reaching full depth. The P365 XLs grip texture is good. Better than anything I’ve tried from the factory except the S&W M&P 2.0. According to the Bore Axis table the P365 XL is on the low side. I haven't done it with the P365 but I use to ankle carry a G43 in a Galco Ankle Glove which BTW is the Gold standard in ankle holsters. With the cost of 9mm these days, I would buy a P365 chambered in 22LR for some cost effective, realistic training. The gun would need to weigh the same as a 9mm P365 and have the same trigger pull. I love those Hogue grips over the P365 grips. However after some time I moved to WC grips. That said, those Hogues help keep my grip over more surface areas on the Sig OEM grips and in turn makes follow up shots better, easier. Figure in any miscellaneous Shipping charges etc. a couple of P365 12 Round Magazines and you'll top out well over $1,100.00 But You will have your very own Really Cool & Awesome "Custom" P365 You got the cash I say go for it..
